Using projection to project an ocean with ice floating on the floor

People must stand on the ice, or they fail.

In one game of 30 sec, the ice surface will gradually shrink and split, people need to be really careful to not fall into the water.
When people fall into the water, there would be wailing of polar bears.
When the game end, there will be text appearing:
“ â…” Polar bear will completely lose their habitats in 2050
You can save them by virtually adopting a polar bear in WWF website
Adopt it or Lose it”
